Clearing the Air once again provided Virginia lawmakers with facts contrary to the Nicoderm funded lobbyists exaggerated data, it is very satisfying to see that some lawmakers are willing to see the truth.

A) Smoking bans destroy businesses, jobs, and local economies at an alarming rate:

B) Air quality testing proves that secondhand smoke IS NOT a workplace health hazard.

Johns Hopkins, the American Cancer Society, a Minnesota Environmental Health Department, and various researchers whose testing and report was peer reviewed and published in the esteemed British Medical Journal......prove that secondhand smoke is 2.6 - 25,000 times SAFER than occupational (OSHA) workplace regulations:
