The pharmaceutical nicotine interests who lobby for clean air laws under questionable motives claim victory at the time of passage......but theirs is a hollow and short lived victory. Once the Nicoderm funding is used up, the non-profits and special interests no longer have an interest in seeing these useless laws enforced.
