ZAGREB, Croatia - Nicotine lovers in Croatia are celebrating. The country has lifted a smoking ban on bars and cafes.....Smoking places will, however, have to install extensive ventilation systems. The owners are given six months to adapt.
Clearing the Air was witness to Environmental Health Department air quality testing which proved filtration systems rendered environmental tobacco smoke safer than occupational air quality standards require.
