Smoking bans have destroyed businesses & jobs around the globe .....What could possibly go wrong with a smoking ban in the military?

Pentagon may try to ban smoking in the military (story link)

excert:

The study says that tobacco use costs the Pentagon $846 million a year in medical care and lost productivity. The report estimates that 37 percent of soldiers use tobacco.

But in fact not only do smoker's pay more than their fair share of healthcare costs thru tobacco taxes, they also subsidize the healthcare costs of non-smokers, remember the latest Obama SCHIP tax?
