Clearing The Air

The process to repeal Minnesota's statewide smoking ban has just one requirement.....

.....first it has to be enacted.

Once enacted however, the repeal of said ban is all but assured.......because it uses the Minnesota Senate's own ruling, which indicates there is unequal treatment under the law .
