A Minnesota smoking ban is set to take place, Clearing the Air will provide a listing of statewide businesses adversely affected by the ban

Clearing the Air has chronicled the 114 + local bar and restaurant closings since 3 small municipal smoking bans were enacted.

Now that it appears that a statewide smoking ban will soon take effect. We request that the Minnesota hospitality industry keep us up to date so that we may inform the world about the negative financial effects that this smoking ban has on statewide establishments.

If your local bar and restaurant has decided to ignore this arbitrary, unnecessary, and largely unenforceable statewide smoking ban law, please drop us an email at the profile link (above right).......obviously Clearing the Air will not publish or disclose the names of establishments which continue to allow a legal product to be consumed within their "private" property.
