Emboldened by the success they've achieved in circumventing the property rights of small business owners while eliminating the jobs of employees in the hospitality industry thru smoking bans. The unethical pharmaceutical nicotine industry now moves on to what they hope will increase alternative nicotine product sales at an astronomical "rent seeking" pace.As proof, below is a funding grant by the Nicoderm backed RWJF to city officials in Portland Maine.
