Columnist Craig Westover has a little fun with the "no safe level" argument

It's obvious that Johnson & Johnson (manufacturer of Nicoderm) and their sister organization RWJF, are responsible for funding "no safe level" smoking ban laws. But who will step forward to fund the "no safe level" of ultraviolet sunhine bans?
