My guess is that the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, MPAAT, or the other special interest groups are going to have to pump in a lot of extra money into Otter Tail County Minnesota to get their way......and I wouldn't put it past them.
Open up the vaults boys.......anti-tobacco is coming to town with a wheel barrel full of money. Votes for sale anybody?
