Otter Tail County says no to county wide ban.....http://www.fergusfallsjournal.com/articles/2006/05/25/news/news04.txt
Sounds like common sense and free market thinking are alive and well in the rural parts of the state. My guess is that the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, MPAAT, or the other special interest groups are going to have to pump in a lot of extra money into Otter Tail County Minnesota to get their way......and I wouldn't put it past them.
Open up the vaults boys.......anti-tobacco is coming to town with a wheel barrel full of money. Votes for sale anybody?
