One of the largest organizations pushing for a smoking ban in DC takes millions of dollars from the Nicoderm folks - RWJF
$3,991,235.00 (click link) from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the owner of $5.4 billion in Nicoderm stock, to one of the more active smoking ban lobbying groups in Washington DC. I am referring to the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids. This is the sort of thing that perpetuates our skepticism of politicians today and destroys the credibility of an organiztion like Tobacco-Free Kids.
