Dr. Rathge is correct, why not apply OSHA standards to the air quality in bars & restaurants? ...............Funny you should mention that.
In 2004 city of St. Louis Park, MN. did just that, and in Feb. 05 we compared those results to OSHA's guidelines on secondhand smoke, here are the results....... http://fightcityhall.net/_wsn/page2.html
