Here's how it starts........

first you tax it.....Florida's Legislature is flush with good ideas.

Sen. Al Lawson's involves a 2 cent-per-roll tax on toilet paper ..........then you ban it.

What will we do then?...........feel clean for the first time! (praise be allah)
