I dislike the smell of unbathed people as much as the next, but where does it stop? Is this a prime example of a leviathan with nothing better to do? It is no wonder conservatives see decreasing the size of governemnt as their primary goal.

What would you expect from the state which prides itself on being the first to jump on the "ban" band wagon?
